Intuitive Somatic Processing

This session can be completed over Zoom or FaceTime, or in person at location of your choosing (additional travel fee may apply.) We spend between 30 to 45 minutes moving through various deep stretches to open up the chest and the hips, paired with deep breathwork patterns, designed to identify and release stuck energy, emotions, and traumas.
Somatic Reiki Session
(with Rachelle Lavoie and Natasha Baker)

These sessions are designed to allow the client to understand where in the body they store trauma, and guide them through a process to connect with themselves and release stuck energy. We begin with a brief introduction to discuss the intentions of the session and answer any questions, and then the client will spend 30 minutes being guided through a somatic release with Rachelle. Then, the client is encouraged to meditate for 30 minutes while Natasha completes a chakra healing. Following these two mini sessions, we will close out with our notes and observations for the client and assist them in setting goals to move forward and stay balanced.
